THE BOOKS

Although my writing journey began in 1986, it has truly only just begun.  With the digital publishing revolution, I have found a way to get my stories to the masses.  For what good is a story if no one reads it, is affected by it?  'Creepers' is my second book and I am as proud of it as any father is of his children.  I think you will find it thought provoking, distasteful at times, engrossing, repulsive, and scary as hell.  It is a part of me that I am gladly sharing with the reader, and the characters are as real to me as my own family.

Creepers

ISBN-13: 978-1505516395

In the Deep South, where violence and racism is a way of life, terror grips the tiny community of Lusaoka Mississippi. Deep in the heart of the Homochitto National Forest, people and animals are disappearing without rhyme or reason. In the oppressive heat of summer, someone or something is stalking the woods, searching for another victim. Racial tensions are running high as a heartless killer creeps into homes in the dead of night, carrying away the unsuspecting, and leaving behind strange clues and little else. Amid the tensions of a town at its boiling point, a lowly deputy, a student, and a preacher unravel a mystery that will change them forever.

‘Creepers’ delves into a part of the country desperate with poverty, and where many people are still fighting the Civil War. The residents of this community soon find they have more to fear than the color of someone’s skin, or old hatreds never forgotten. They soon find that true evil is indiscriminate, and true terror knows no boundaries.

The Winter People talk in the wind and torment you in your dreams. They call an enormous blizzard to their aid and fall upon the tiny mountain town of Copper Creek. They have more to fear than the nightmares they can't quite remember in the morning. The Winter People have come to feed.

This is a fast paced heart pounding fear-fest. It follows the lives of a small group trying to survive the greatest horror they have ever known. And an enemy like no other on earth.
